SALON POLICIES
1. Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments are complimentary as long as they remain within the scope of your original consultation.
2. Deposits
A deposit is required for all appointments lasting longer than one hour.

50% of the service total is required at booking.

Deposits can be made by calling 302-595-3217 or in person.

If a deposit is not made within 24 hours, the appointment is automatically cancelled.

Deposits transfer if you reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or a No-Call/No-Show result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Tardiness
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule in order to honor the appointments after yours.
4. Confirmation
You will receive a text with a link to confirm your appointment.

If you do not confirm, a client coordinator will reach out.

If we still do not receive confirmation, your appointment will be cancelled
5. Gratuity
Tips cannot be added to card payments.
Cash or Venmo gratuity is appreciated.

6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available:

In-salon

By phone (emailed directly to you)
All gift cards remain stored on the recipient’s profile until redeemed.

7.Pricing Structure
Prices vary based on:

Hair length
-
Hair thickness
-
Time required
-
Product usage

Each service includes a set amount of product. Additional product will be charged accordingly.
We encourage consultations if you have any questions about service timing or pricing.

8.New Color Clients
To ensure the best possible results and proper timing, we require a brief pre-consultation for all new color guests.
